How We Work
The majority of recording devices, such as Garmin, Polar, Suunto all have an auto-sync feature, so as soon as you have done your workout it automatically sends your data to Training Peaks, where you can analyse it or just congratulate yourself that is has been marked green. Conversely if you haven’t done the workout, it turns red! And no-one wants to see red!

However, we also understand this format isn’t for everybody and also offer an off-the-shelf program, whereby you select the program that is applicable to your goal and it is all there ready for you for the duration of your training schedule. These programs are still bespoke to you and will be updated periodically throughout the program as you improve.
If there isn’t a program for your goal, then we will work with you to develop one.
